Refund Policy - the basics

We honor the energy of commitment—both yours and ours. Each retreat, ritual, product, and service is created with deep intention, and space is held the moment your exchange is made.

✨ DIGITAL PRODUCTS (eBooks, PDFs, Oracle Guides, etc.)

Due to the instant-access nature of digital items, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued once the product is delivered.

✨ PHYSICAL PRODUCTS (Books, Oracle Decks, etc.)

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We’ll gladly replace it or offer a refund. We do not offer refunds for buyer’s remorse.

✨ RETREATS & IN-PERSON EVENTS

All retreat deposits are non-refundable, as they secure your space and support preparations.

• Cancellations made 30+ days before the event may be eligible for a partial refund or transfer to a future event.

• Cancellations made within 30 days of the event are non-refundable, unless your space can be filled from a waitlist.

In the case of illness, emergency, or weather-related disruption, we will work with you in good faith to transfer your credit.
