Welcome to Black Butterfly Temple (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our website, participating in our retreats, purchasing our products, or engaging with our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Use of Website

This website and its content are intended for informational and spiritual purposes only. You agree to use this site in a manner consistent with applicable laws and respectful of our mission, community, and content.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase services, retreats, or products from Black Butterfly Temple. If you are under 18, you may browse the site with permission and supervision of a parent or guardian.

3. Payments & Pricing

All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to update prices and offerings at any time. By purchasing or donating through our platform, you agree to the listed terms and any applicable taxes or transaction fees.

4. Donations & Nonprofit Sales

Black Butterfly Temple operates as a nonprofit spiritual sanctuary. Donations made through Givebutter or other platforms are considered charitable gifts and are non-refundable. Digital and physical products received in exchange for donations are considered thank-you gifts, not retail transactions.

5. Digital Products

All digital purchases (ebooks, guides, PDFs, rituals, etc.) are final sale. You may not redistribute, resell, or modify digital files for public or commercial use without written permission.

6. Physical Products

We take care to ensure quality. If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days for a replacement or refund. We do not offer refunds for buyer’s remorse or preference.

7. Retreats & In-Person Events

All retreat deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations made more than 30 days in advance may qualify for a partial refund or credit. Cancellations within 30 days of the retreat are non-refundable unless we are able to fill your space.

8. Spiritual Disclaimer

Our services, teachings, and writings are spiritual in nature and do not replace medical, legal, or therapeutic guidance. Participation in rituals, shadow work, or spiritual experiences is voluntary and undertaken at your own risk.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, including logos, writings, designs, and materials, are the property of Black Butterfly Temple and may not be reproduced without permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that result from the use or inability to use our website, products, or services.
