Welcome to Black Butterfly Temple ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our website, participating in our retreats, purchasing our products, or engaging with our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Use of Website This website and its content are intended for informational and community purposes. You agree to use this site in a manner consistent with applicable laws and respectful of our mission, community, and content.

2. Eligibility You must be at least 18 years old to purchase services, retreats, or products from Black Butterfly Temple. If you are under 18, you may browse the site with permission and supervision of a parent or guardian.

3. Payments & Pricing All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to update prices and offerings at any time. By purchasing or donating through our platform, you agree to the listed terms and any applicable taxes or transaction fees.

4. Donations & Nonprofit Status Black Butterfly Temple is a fully approved 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Donations made through GiveButter or other platforms are considered charitable gifts and are non-refundable. Digital and physical products received in exchange for donations are considered thank-you gifts, not retail transactions.

5. Digital Products All digital purchases (ebooks, guides, PDFs, courses, etc.) are final sale. You may not redistribute, resell, or modify digital files for public or commercial use without written permission from Black Butterfly Temple.

6. Physical Products We take care to ensure quality in every order. If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days for a replacement or refund. We do not offer refunds for buyer's remorse or preference changes.

7. Retreats & In-Person Events All retreat deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations made more than 30 days in advance may qualify for a partial refund or credit toward a future event. Cancellations within 30 days of the retreat date are non-refundable unless we are able to fill your space.

8. Wellness Disclaimer Our services, teachings, and written materials are educational and community-oriented in nature and do not replace medical, legal, financial, or therapeutic guidance. Participation in any program, gathering, or offering is voluntary and undertaken at your own discretion.

9. Intellectual Property All content including logos, writings, program curricula, designs, and materials are the property of Black Butterfly Temple and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability Black Butterfly Temple is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our website, products, or services.
